Shanjida Rahman has a diverse work experience in various industries. Shanjida started their career in 2016 as an Arts & Crafts / Pottery Instructor and Cabin Counsellor at Camp Birchwood, where they planned and organized activities for campers and ensured compliance with safety standards.

In 2016, they also worked as a Research Assistant at Citizens Advice, where they contributed to various research projects and coordinated a major event during the Big Energy Savings Week.

From 2017 to 2018, Shanjida worked as a Marketing Assistant at Built Environment Communications Group. In this role, they analyzed consumer trends, developed social media plans, and created content for sustainable development projects.

Starting from 2015, Shanjida worked as a Sales Assistant at Shuropody, where they analyzed sales data and provided feedback to brands. Shanjida also developed knowledge of the healthcare industry and focused on customer retention.

From 2019 to 2022, Shanjida worked at Walnut Unlimited in multiple roles. As a Research Executive, they managed research projects for clients in the FMCG and Retail sector, delivering insights on pack design, product testing, consumer journey, and brand tracking. As an Academy Executive, they gained experience working with diversified teams and utilized neuroscience, behavioral science, and qualitative research techniques. Shanjida also worked as a Research Intern, contributing to various FMCG research projects and creating industry trend reports.

In 2023, Shanjida will start working as a Researcher at Bloom & Wild.

Shanjida Rahman has a Master of Science degree in Marketing Innovation from the University of Winchester. Shanjida also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Psychology from the same institution. In addition, they have obtained the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market & Social Research Practice from the Market Research Society (MRS) in November 2020.
