Amber Shaffer

Amber Shaffer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Bloomberg Industry Group since June 2023, Amber has been instrumental in delivering functional executive-level reports and collaborating on bonus payouts with the Human Resource Director. As Co-Owner of Shaffer Rentals LLC since January 2018, Amber oversees lease rates and accounting statements for rental properties. Previously, Amber worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Business Operations Analyst and an intern, where significant improvements in onboarding processes and data reporting were achieved. Early career experiences include an internship at The Heart and Stroke Foundation and at the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, leading to impactful system improvements. Amber holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
