Rui Luo has a diverse background in climate change and clean energy initiatives, with experience across various organizations such as Bloomberg Philanthropies, ClimateWorks Foundation, and the Clean Energy Ministerial. With a strong focus on environmental management and planning, Rui has played key roles in advancing clean energy transitions in Asia, Africa, and globally. Rui's expertise in energy efficiency and GHG emissions reduction has been instrumental in driving tangible cost savings, energy savings, and environmental impact reductions. Additionally, Rui has shown leadership in founding programs such as the Peking University Green Campus Program and participating in expeditions like the "Leadership on the Edge" International Antarctica Expedition.
