Alia Shafir

Alia Shafir has over two decades of experience in product management, organizational coaching, and corporate strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Product Transformation and Head of the Organizational Coaching Team at Bloomberg since January 2016, Alia previously held roles as Mobile Team Lead and was part of the Corporate Strategy Team at Bloomberg LP from July 2012 to January 2015. Alia's earlier experience includes serving as Product Manager at ClipSync, Chief of Staff and Product Manager at Deutsche Bank, and Senior Associate at KPMG, LLP. Alia began a professional journey as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen. Alia holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Business Administration from the University of Washington.
