Peter Weston

Peter Weston is currently a Counsel at Bloomberg LP, where they focus on mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and are co-chair of the Pro Bono Committee for the Americas region. They previously served as an Enforcement Division Intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission and as a Summer Associate at Fried Frank in 2012. Peter also has experience as a Corporate Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where they specialized in various aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.
