Amanda Hurlbut is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Sr. Director, HR Business Partner - Stores at Bloomingdale's since March 2025, Amanda previously held multiple positions at Macy's from June 2015 to March 2025, including Principal, HRBP - Customer & Digital and Senior Manager, Transformation. Earlier experience includes a significant role as Head Clerk for the Reunion & Class Programs at Cornell University's Office of Alumni Affairs & Development, where Amanda prepared events for over 7,000 alumni and managed substantial budgets.
