Bibiana Jelenska

Bibiana Jelenska has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bibiana began their career as an Assistant System Administrator at The University of Namur, where they gained clerical and administrative experience. Bibiana then worked as a Bookseller at Waterstones, where they provided exceptional customer service during peak periods.

Following this, Bibiana joined IBM as a Hardware Supply Chain Specialist for France, where they managed IBM's business partners and effectively communicated within the company's extensive inner teams. Bibiana later transitioned to the role of Business Partner Account Support and Backlog for France, where they continued to prioritize effective communication and served as a central point of contact for business partners.

Bibiana then joined ING Bank as a Daily Banking Operations Specialist for France, managing client requests related to operational finance and working closely with internal teams. Bibiana later took on the role of InsideBusiness Specialist for FR, UK, and NL, where they tested banking applications and solutions and led a QA project team to establish processes for internal control.

After their time at ING, Bibiana pursued their passion for traveling and spent some time in Canada before joining Greentube Internet Entertainment Solutions GmbH as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Here, they were involved in various stages of the development cycle, including writing acceptance criteria and executing test cases using different testing techniques.

Currently, Bibiana is a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Bloomreach, where they continue to apply their expertise in quality assurance and contribute to the company's development and testing processes.

Bibiana Jelenska pursued their education in a chronological manner. Bibiana attended the University of Hull from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in French and Management.
