Caitlyn Della is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as a Senior Field Marketing Manager at Bloomreach since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Mitratech as a Field Marketing Specialist, and at Trakstar as both a Growth Marketing Specialist and Account Based Marketing Specialist. Caitlyn has also contributed to the North Carolina Volleyball Academy as a Volleyball Coach and held positions at Citrix, ESPN, Cool Money Coach, Conduent, and Giving Forward. A former NCAA Division I volleyball player and team captain at Wake Forest University, Caitlyn has received multiple accolades including All-ACC honors and is recognized for balancing a rigorous athletic schedule with academic excellence.
