Ema Fajnorova

Ema Fajnorova has a diverse work experience history. Ema is currently working as a Senior Reputation Manager at Bloomreach, a company that offers a suite of products for personalized customer journeys in digital commerce. Prior to this, Ema worked as a Reputation Manager at Exponea, which was later acquired by Bloomreach. Exponea is a fast-growing SaaS company in Europe. Ema also held the position of Public Relations Associate at Exponea and worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern there. Ema's previous experience includes working as a Fundraiser at Moravská zemská knihovna v Brně and as a Project Manager at ProMenu.

Ema Fajnorova has a Master's degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Mass Media Communication at the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava. Ema completed their degree from 2015 to 2020. Prior to their Master's degree, they graduated from Gymnázium Myjava in 2015 with a degree in General Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Ema has obtained several certifications. In October 2020, they became Conversational Marketing Certified from Drift. Ema also obtained the Conversational Marketing Certified, Conversational Sales Certified, and Playbook Basics Certified certifications from Drift in April 2020. Furthermore, they completed the Exponea Academy Fundamentals Course from Exponea in October 2019. Ema also holds certifications in AdWords Fundamentals, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Začíname s Google Analytics 360, Advanced Google Analytics, Google Analytics pro začátečníky, and Digitálna Garáž - Základy digitálneho marketingu from Google, obtained between 2017 and 2018. Lastly, they completed the Social Media Marketing Certification Course from HubSpot Academy in November 2020.
