Mert Tekmir

Mert Tekmir has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mert is currently working as a Software Engineer II at Bloomreach since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at bol.com from April 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they were a Software Developer at NewMotion from July 2019 to April 2021. Mert also has experience as a Co-Founder and Lead Developer at Merit Spor, where they launched an e-commerce website, collaborated on store and inventory services, and designed a Point of Sale service. Their earliest work experience was in 2011 as a Project Development Intern at Turcas Petrol A.Ş., where they assisted with location assessment for renewable power plants and analyzed potential sites for solar power plant projects.

Mert Tekmir attended Galatasaray Üniversitesi from 2010 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. However, the degree remains unfinished. Subsequently, they enrolled at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2015 and completed their studies in 2019, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
