Roxanna Couse

Roxanna (Roxy) Couse is an experienced professional in customer experience and digital strategy, currently serving as the Director of the Customer Experience Group and Head of Experience Strategy at Bloomreach since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading a global consulting practice and managing a team across multiple regions. As a content creator and influencer, Roxanna has reached over 200,000 people through various platforms since April 2020. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Digital Experience at Bloomreach, Manager of Digital Content, UX, & Experience Optimization at Whirlpool Corporation, and various e-commerce management positions at companies such as Avery Dennison and Dillard's Inc. Roxanna holds a Master of Science in User Experience Design from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management from the University of Arkansas.
