Shai Tamari

Shai Tamari has a solid background in the technology and software industry. Shai started their career at Endeca as a Senior Programmer in 2007 and worked there until 2009. From 2010 to 2012, Shai served as the Head of Development at Webpals, overseeing the technical development of the company's products and managing the development team.

Following their time at Webpals, Shai joined Clicktale in 2012 and held multiple roles during their tenure. Shai initially served as an Enterprise Project Manager, being the main point of contact for premier accounts such as Microsoft, BWin, and CBS. Shai then transitioned to the role of Director of PreSales, managing and training a team of five pre-sales professionals, supporting 15 Enterprise Sales Executives, and assisting clients like Google, Nike, Home Depot, T-Mobile, Fidelity, American Express, and Walmart.

During their time at Clicktale, Shai was also appointed as the Director of New Products, where they successfully rolled out a new version of the ClickTale product and conducted beta launches for eight enterprise clients, including The Home Depot, RBS, and Fidelity. Shai trained product leads and customer success managers to ensure a smooth implementation process.

In 2018, Shai joined Reflektion as a Senior Solutions Architect and later became the Director of Solution Architects in 2020. In this role, they played a key role in driving solutions and providing architectural guidance to clients. Shai left Reflektion in 2021 and is currently employed as a Senior Solutions Architect at Bloomreach since February 2022.

Shai Tamari pursued higher education starting in 1995 at Brandeis University, where they studied Biology and Computer Science. They completed their undergraduate degree in 1999. In 2003, they attended the University of Michigan for a Master of Science (MS) degree in Bioinformatics. Additionally, Shai Tamari obtained a certification in the Engagement Integration Course from Bloomreach in November 2022.
