Andrew Cowley

Andrew Cowley has extensive experience in education and mental health support, currently serving as a Local Academy Councillor for Maritime Academy Trust since July 2022 and as a Coach for the Designated Mental Health Leads program at Leeds Beckett University since November 2021. Andrew is also an author, contributing to the Wellbeing Toolkit published by Bloomsbury Publishing Plc since March 2019. Previously, Andrew held the position of Deputy Head at Orchard Primary School from September 2013 to April 2021 and taught at Castilion Primary School from September 1993 to July 2013, where roles included Literacy Leader and Key Stage 2 Leader. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Language, Literature, and Learning from Canterbury Christ Church University and a PGCE from the University of London Institute of Education, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Warwick.
