Emma Herdman

Emma Herdman has a diverse work experience in the publishing industry. Currently, they are working as a Publishing Director at Bloomsbury Publishing Plc since June 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Editorial Director and Senior Editor at Hodder & Stoughton from December 2015 to June 2020. Emma also worked as a Literary Agent Assistant at Curtis Brown Group from June 2013 to December 2015. Emma has experience in the magazine industry as well, serving as the Books Editor at Psychologies Magazine from August 2012 to July 2013. Additionally, they have had roles at Waterstones as a Buyer from October 2011 to May 2013 and as a Fiction New Titles Administrator from October 2011 to April 2012. Emma also contributed as a writer for Bookseller's Choice Column at The Bookseller from May 2012 to April 2013.

Emma Herdman has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Text and Performance from King's College London, which they completed from 2009 to 2010.
