Garry Pratt

Garry Pratt is a versatile entrepreneur and author with extensive experience across various industries. At present, Garry serves as the Founder of Garry Pratt, facilitating innovative thinking outside traditional settings. Additionally, Garry's book, "The Creativity Factor: Using the power of the outdoors to spark successful innovation," was published by Bloomsbury Publishing Plc. As Co-Founder and Chief of Staff at EarSwitch Ltd, Garry is involved in advancing ear-phone technology. Garry also holds the position of Chairman at Kinderly, contributing to early years education. Previous roles include Future of Work Consultant at T-Cup Studios, Teaching Fellow and Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Bath, and a Research Fellow at the University of Bristol. Garry's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Maritime Archaeology and a BA in Archaeology & Geology from the University of Bristol.
