Ian MacRae

Ian MacRae serves as the Director at High Potential Psychology since July 2014 and holds multiple positions within the British Psychological Society, including Research Board Member and Communications Lead for the Division of Occupational Psychology. An accomplished author, Ian has written several influential books on workplace psychology and social media through renowned publishers such as Bloomsbury Publishing Plc and Kogan Page. Previous roles include Head of Workplace Psychology at Clear Review, Content Lead at Parmeus, and Research Manager at Sage Transitions. Ian holds an MSc in Research Methods in Psychology from University College London and a BA (Hons.) in Psychology and Geography from The University of British Columbia.
