Leonard Arnould has a diverse work experience background. In 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant at CNLG - Rwanda for a period of two months. In 2021, they were an intern at Affectio Mutandi, where they gained experience in CSR Consulting. Currently, Leonard is a Stagiaire Data Consultant at BLOOM, starting from February 2023.

Leonard Arnould's education history begins in 2018 when they enrolled in the Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco) for the first and second year of their Bachelor's degree. During this time, they studied Swahili, African Studies, and International business. In 2020, they participated in an exchange program as an ERASMUS student at the University of Warwick, where they focused on studying History.

Continuing their academic journey, Leonard joined PSL Research University in 2020 and pursued a Bachelor's degree with a major in History. This program lasted until 2021. Additionally, in the same year, they started their Master's degree at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in International Development. Leonard completed their Master 1 (M1) program in 2023.

Leonard also engaged in further historical studies and pursued a Master 2 (M2) program in History at EHESS - Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, which began in 2021 and will conclude in 2023. Lastly, they will be attending Columbia University in 2022 and 2023 to pursue another Master's degree in History, completing their Master 2 (M2) program.
