Anweshi Anavadya (He/him)

Anweshi Anavadya has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 2021. His most recent position is as a Full Stack Engineer at Bloq, which he began in 2023. Prior to that, he was a Blockchain Developer at NFTfi from 2021-2022, a Blockchain Engineer at Bloq from 2022-2023, a Machine Learning Software Engineer at Borealis AI from 2021-2023, a Blockchain Developer Partner at Dapper Labs from 2021-2023, and a Software Engineer at the Donnelly Centre for Cellular and Biomolecular Research at the University of Toronto from 2021. At the Donnelly Centre, Anweshi developed an ETL pipeline project for medical journals published on PubMed and worked on a semantic search platform that integrated with Facebook's AI library.

Anweshi Anavadya attended Harbord Collegiate Institute from 2015 to 2016. Anweshi then attended Bloor Collegiate Institute from 2016 to 2019 and obtained their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) and Talented Offerings for Programs in the Sciences (TOPS). In 2019, Anweshi began his studies at the University of Waterloo and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering Honours (Co-op), which he is expected to complete in 2024. In December 2021, Anweshi obtained a RBC Work Experience certification.
