Rafael Appelt

Rafael Appelt has worked in the software development field since 2006. From 2006 to 2007 they worked as a Software Developer for the Secretaria de Fazenda do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. From 2007 to 2009 they worked for Afferolab as a Full-stack Developer, developing custom solutions for the Income Participation Program. From 2009 to 2010 they worked as a Senior Computer System Analyst for ThyssenKrupp CSA. From 2010 to 2012 they were Self Employed as a Full-stack Developer, working as a freelancer and conducting various projects in collaboration with designers. From 2017 to 2018 they worked as a Full-stack Developer for Meu Patrocínio, developing the second version of a social network. From 2018 to 2019 they worked as a Full-stack Developer for Reserva, designing, developing, deploying, and operating a subscription service. Finally, from 2019 to 2022 they worked as a CTO and Software Developer for 123Qred, developing a SPA web application with Vue.js, an admin panel with Nuxt, and the backend with Node.

Rafael Appelt received their Bacharelado em Informática from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in 2003. Rafael then attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas where they completed the requirements for a Master of Business Administration - MBA, though their thesis is still pending.
