Amit Bhatnagar has extensive experience in contact center operations and program management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the General Manager at BLS International since June 2018, Amit oversees multilingual contact center operations across various global regions for visa, passport, and consular services. Previous roles include Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager Operations at BLS International, managing large teams and global operations. Prior to this, Amit worked at Convergys from July 2006 to January 2018, where responsibilities ranged from managing multimillion-dollar accounts to leading customer service and technical support operations. Amit holds a Post Graduate degree in Project Management from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration and a BA in Arts from Delhi University.
