Gaurav Bhatnagar

Gaurav Bhatnagar's work experience begins in 2003 as a CDE at Magus Customer Dialog. Gaurav then worked as a Library Assistant at Doordarshan News. Starting in 2005, Gaurav joined VFS Global and held various positions, including Desk Officer, Centre Supervisor, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Project Lead, and Senior Manager - Operations. In these roles, they led visa operations, managed financial performance, ensured compliance, and played a key role in project roll-outs. Gaurav then joined BLS International Services Ltd in 2019 as a General Manager Operations, where they achieved significant turnover growth and prioritized operational excellence. Currently, Gaurav serves as the Head of PMO Operations, overseeing global visa management and project leadership, supervising a large team, and driving continuous improvement in the PMO.

From 2001 to 2004, Gaurav Bhatnagar studied Humanities at Delhi University and obtained a B.A degree.
