Phoenix Borowski Mph

Phoenix Borowski, MPH, currently serves as the Long-Term Care Immunization Coordinator at the Minnesota Department of Health, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Phoenix worked as a Health Information Technologist at Optum from June 2023 to December 2023 and as an Epidemiologist at the Minnesota Department of Health from September 2020 to June 2023. Experience also includes working as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from July 2017 to November 2022, and serving as a Global Fellow with Child Family Health International in June-July 2022, during which a Master's Practicum was completed in Accra, Ghana, focusing on needs assessments and project proposals for HIV/AIDS and family planning clinics. Phoenix's education includes a Master of Public Health in Global Health from St. Catherine University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Policy and Women and International Development, also from St. Catherine University.
