Bikash Behera

Bikash Behera has a solid work experience history, starting as a Project Support Coordinator at PENTHOI TELECOM PRIVATE LIMITED in 2013. Bikash then worked as a Customer Relations Officer at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions from 2017 to 2019. After that, Bikash joined Meesho as a Key Account Manager, where they developed and sustained relationships with key suppliers and resolved various issues related to resellers, brands, and suppliers. Bikash also collaborated with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction. In 2020, Bikash worked as an Account Management Specialist in the E-Commerce industry before joining Arzooo as a Senior Operation Executive, specializing in category and vendor management. Most recently, they joined Blubirch as a Regional Team Lead in 2022. Overall, Bikash Behera has gained a wide range of experience in customer relations, account management, and team leadership throughout their career.

Bikash Behera attended Saraswati Vidhya Mandir from 1995 to 2002, where they completed their primary and secondary education. From 2003 to 2007, they attended Raja Basu Dev High School. Following that, they enrolled at Anchallik College Budhapal from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued their Intermediate studies in PCMB. Lastly, from 2009 to 2013, Behera attended GIET University Gunupur and obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
