Heather Browne

Director, Performance Marketing at Blue Acorn iCi

Heather Browne has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Heather started their career as an Office Manager at Excel Interior Concepts & Construction in 2004 and later worked as an Accounts Payable at Taylor-Wharton from 2008 to 2010. Heather then transitioned to the digital marketing field, working as an Accounts Payable at BrandShop Digital Commerce from 2010 to 2011. During their time at BrandShop Digital Commerce, they also served as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist and Online Marketing Specialist, where they managed and optimized affiliate programs, developed email marketing campaigns, and ensured compliance with marketing standards and regulations.

In 2017, Heather joined Blue Acorn iCi as the Manager, Performance Marketing, overseeing demand generation campaigns and consumer lifecycle marketing initiatives. Heather later became the Director, Performance Marketing in 2022, where they planned, managed, and deployed various marketing strategies, including email, SMS, and push notifications. Their responsibilities encompassed maximizing ROI, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. Heather also conducted thorough analysis, evaluation, and reporting of campaign performance metrics and A/B test results to provide strategic recommendations.

Heather Browne obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 2004. Heather also holds certifications such as Deliverability Certified from Klaviyo in October 2023, Klaviyo product certificate from Klaviyo in February 2022, Marketing Cloud Consultant and Marketing Cloud Email Specialist from Salesforce in 2018, and IBM Marketing Cloud - Intermediate and IBM Marketing Cloud - Fundamentals from IBM in 2016 and 2014 respectively.
