Alka Sharma

Alka Sharma has extensive experience in quality assurance and client success. Alka currently works as a Senior Consultant at Blue Altair, where they focus on ensuring client satisfaction. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at Fresh Gravity. Alka has held Senior QA Engineer positions at Kofax and Nuance Communications. In addition, they have worked at Sears Holdings India, where they served as a Technical Associate, Associate Software Engineer, and Intern. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for test documentation, executing tests, communicating product information, and troubleshooting quality defects.

Alka Sharma completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology, Kalchuri Nagar, Raisen Road, Post Klua, Bhopal-462021 in the years 2010-2014. Alka has also obtained the Alation User Brilliance Badge and Alation Professional Seller certifications from Alation in September 2022.
