Michael Serafini has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Michael started their career as a Marketing Strategist at NOW Magazine, where they developed audience profiles and managed existing clients. Michael then worked as a Sr. Research Analyst at CHUM Television, where they presented ratings analysis and key findings to sales and programming teams. Serafini later joined Shaw Communications as the Director of Strategic Scheduling, where they optimized ratings through strategic scheduling and communicated network strategy to various departments. Michael then moved to CBC Television, where they served as the Senior Director of Content Planning & Acquisitions, overseeing content distribution on multiple platforms. Following this, they joined DHX Media as the VP of Programming, responsible for acquiring and scheduling family entertainment content for DHX Television networks. Most recently, Serafini is working at Blue Ant Media as the Senior Director of Programming & Analytics.
