Stella Thacius

Stella Thacius has over six years of experience in human resources. Stella is currently the Director of Human Resources at Blue Ant Media, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Manager of Human Resources at the same company from September 2021 to August 2023. Stella also worked as a Human Resources Manager from March 2019 to August 2021, and as a Human Resources Generalist from November 2017 to March 2019 at Blue Ant Media. Before joining Blue Ant Media, Stella held various positions in human resources, including a role as a Human Resources Payroll Coordinator at FirstService Residential from December 2016 to November 2017, a Human Resources Administrator at UPS from September 2016 to December 2016, and a Keyholder at Global Pet Foods from August 2015 to December 2016. Stella gained some experience in administrative roles through their work as a Front Desk Assistant at Humber College from August 2015 to April 2016, and as a Front Desk Assistant at the University of Waterloo from January 2014 to April 2015. Additionally, Stella worked as a Residence Ambassador at the University of Waterloo from November 2011 to April 2012.

Stella Thacius has pursued an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management at Humber College. Additionally, they have completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Waterloo, majoring in Sociology and minoring in Applied Language Studies and International Studies.
