Nicola Keleher

Nicola has worked in hospitality and catering for over twenty years in both the high street and leisure industry. With her passion for fantastic customer service, great food and a keen eye for detail, she joined Blue Apple in March 2014 and says she “loves the job as it combines all these elements while allowing me to get creative in how we retail and present our wonderful food.”

Nicola says her favourite food is simply a slice of hot buttered toast and while she’s no lover of chocolate, she’ll have your hand off for a piece of cheese. Perhaps this explains her love for all things Disney, in particular Mickey and Minnie Mouse – they even made a guest appearance at her wedding.
