Ellen Fitzgerald

Ellen is a consultant, with nearly a decade of experience in the higher education and nonprofit spaces, and significant interest in talent, organizational development, and change management.

Prior to joining Blue Beyond, she spent 3 years working in education and programming at Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity, where she designed and delivered programs for collegians and

alumnae related to leadership development, risk management & prevention, service learning, and mentorship & advising. Ellen has also worked in workforce development, building and managing relationships with employers across the state of Indiana to connect them with early career talent, in order to combat brain drain and facilitate economic development.
