Chase Gharrity

Chase Gharrity has been with Blue Bottle Coffee since September 2019, and is currently the Global Head of People. Prior to this role, Chase served as the Director of People for Blue Bottle Coffee from July 2018 to September 2019. Before joining Blue Bottle Coffee, Chase was with LendingClub as the People Analytics & Compensation Manager from May 2017 to June 2018. Prior to LendingClub, Chase was with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) from July 2016 to May 2017 as an Organization Analytics. From September 2015 to June 2016, Chase was an L&D Evaluation Strategy Consultant with HPE. Additionally, Chase interned with HPE in their HR Management Associate Program from June 2015 to September 2015. Prior to HPE, Chase worked with Robbins LLP as a Research Analyst from January 2013 to June 2014, a Research Clerk from June 2011 to December 2012, and an Assistant Research Analyst from September 2010 to June 2011.

Chase Gharrity has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in Human Resources + Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from San Diego State University-California State University in Business Management with Specialization in Entrepreneurship; Minor in Statistics.

Their manager is Karl Strovink, CEO. They are on a team with Jon Alsterlind - CFO, Rex Carazo - Head of Global Strategy, and Kaitlyn Sylvain - General Manager.
