Richard Enthoven's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2008, they worked at Aegon, where they implemented new products for the Aegon Business Line Schade until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, participating in the Program Vervanging Kantoorautomatisering. Richard then returned to Aegon from 2011 to 2013, where they replaced polis- and schadeadministratiesystemen. In 2013, they joined Servicecentrum Drechtsteden, leading a project to replace the current personeel- en salarisadministratiesysteem (e-HRM) through a European tender. Richard then worked at Gemeente Rotterdam from March 2015 to April 2015, replacing the application for coordinating jeugdzorg. In 2015, they worked at Het Waterschapshuis, implementing a new systeem for personnel and salary administration. Richard joined Waterschap De Dommel in March 2016, implementing personnel and salary administration. In 2016, they moved to Royal BAM Group nv, working on Bouw en Vastgoed InformatieManagement until June 2017. In July 2017, they started working at NS, where they managed the tender and implementation of a new recruitment system (ATS) and recruitment website. Currently, Richard is the Managing Director and Operationeel Directeur at Blue Bricks since January 2018.

Richard Enthoven earned a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2009. Richard then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Business Process Management & IT from Open Universiteit, which they completed in 2016. Richard Enthoven also obtained several certifications in various fields, including project management, communication, leadership, and requirements engineering.
