Dr. Valerie Williams-Sanchez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dr. Valerie is currently serving as the Vice President of Multicultural Intelligence and Relevance at Blue Chip, where they lead efforts to enhance the agency's multicultural capabilities and identify new business opportunities. Prior to this, they founded Valorena Publishing in 2013, providing strategic marketing and communications consulting for small to mid-size companies and authoring a children's book series. From 2016 to 2020, Dr. Williams-Sanchez worked as a Communications Officer at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where they developed marketing communications strategies and collaborated on annual reports. Dr. Valerie also has experience as an independent educator, a Tactical Advertising Analyst and Product Launch Coordinator at Volvo Car Group, and a Director of Support Services & Special Projects at The Williams Institute, Inc. Dr. Williams-Sanchez has a background in journalism, having worked as a Staff Writer for Southern California News Group and The Miami Herald.

Dr. Valerie Williams-Sanchez holds a PhD degree from St. John's University. Dr. Valerie also has a Master of Science (MS) degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, they have completed a program in Spanish at Universidad de Salamanca. Furthermore, Dr. Williams-Sanchez has obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in October 2015.
