Kristal S. Mayfield

Kristal S. Mayfield, MBA, MSIS, currently serves as a Group Implementation Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama since June 2021, after a diverse career that includes roles as a Business Consultant. Prior experience includes positions at Trader Joe's, Kemper, EAB, and various educational and mentorship roles focused on STEM. Over the years, Kristal has demonstrated expertise in business systems analysis, customer support, and program management, utilizing platforms such as JIRA and Confluence to streamline processes and improve team collaboration. Kristal holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Auburn University, as well as an MBA from the University of Montevallo and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
