Rafael Vasquez

Rafael Vasquez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and sales leadership across the healthcare and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Sanitas Partnership at Florida Blue since May 2013, Rafael oversees clinical operations at GuideWell Health, focusing on value-based care and directing a major payor-provider partnership. Previously, Rafael held various leadership roles at Florida Blue, including Vice President and Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO, where the direct-to-consumer strategy was redefined, achieving significant growth and industry recognition. Rafael's earlier experience at Comcast included multiple promotions, culminating in Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, where strategies for California's largest market were successfully implemented.
