Charles Gordon

Charles Gordon's work experience includes roles at multiple companies. Charles started their career at Hollister Co., where they worked as a Part-Time Impact Team Member from May 2007 to April 2010. Charles then joined The Employers' Association as an HR Research Assistant from March 2011 to September 2013, where they provided assistance to members and prepared monthly bulletins. In 2013, they became a Compensation Specialist at the University of Toledo, evaluating positions for FLSA compliance. Starting in December 2014, they worked at the University of Chicago, first as a Compensation Analyst until April 2017, and then as a Senior Compensation Analyst until August 2018. Currently, Charles holds the position of Senior Compensation Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, with their promotion to Lead Compensation Analyst taking effect in September 2022.

Charles Gordon attended The University of Toledo from 2006 to 2010. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Charles focused on two fields of study, namely Organizational Leadership and Management, as well as Human Resource Management.
