Rebecca Blair

Rebecca Blair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since May 2016. With a strong background in managing distributed teams, overseeing learning technology operations, and executing enterprise-wide training initiatives, Rebecca has successfully led multiple projects, including the design of an innovative training center and the launch of a corporate university. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various positions at Macy's, where significant contributions included executing virtual training programs and enhancing employee development initiatives across several locations. Rebecca holds a Master of Education in Human Resource Development/eLearning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University.
