Jayna Rowden

Jayna Rowden is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a SharePoint/O365 Engineer III at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City since May 2022, Jayna specializes in the administration, development, and implementation of Office 365 applications. Previous roles include Systems Engineer - Messaging at Centene Corporation, where email administration and mailbox migration to Office 365 were key responsibilities. As a Senior Systems Engineer at Bayer Crop Science, Jayna played a crucial role in a major global migration effort involving thousands of mailboxes.
