Annika Zeisig

Annika Zeisig has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Annika currently holds the role of Director, Divisional Strategy at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since August 2023. Prior to this, Annika worked at McKesson as Director, Corporate Strategy & Business Development from May 2021 to February 2023. Annika also held managerial roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas and Andrews McMeel Universal, where they were responsible for competitive intelligence, market research, business development, and finance. Annika's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Business Analyst at Cerner Corporation and an Analyst at Airbnb.com. Annika has also served as an MBA Management Consultant at Mister Spex GmbH and worked as a Paralegal at Cooling & Herbers, P.C. in the legal field. Annika started their career as an Intern Paralegal and Disability Advocate at Attorneys and Advocates for Disability Benefits. Additionally, they volunteered as a Teacher and Counselor at Volunteer International Community Development Africa (VICDA).

Annika Zeisig has an educational background in business and social responsibility. Annika obtained an MBA degree in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Social Responsibility from the HHL-Leipzig Graduate School of Management, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Annika also pursued a study abroad program in 2010 at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where they earned a second MBA degree. Prior to their MBA studies, Annika completed their undergraduate degree at The University of Kansas from 2003 to 2007. Annika holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and International Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Annika has also pursued further certifications. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Learning R from Lynda.com, and in 2020, they became a Forrester CX Champ certified by Forrester.
