Lindsey Day

Lindsey Day is a seasoned professional in the field of industrial engineering, currently serving as a Senior Management Engineer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since January 2013. In this role, Lindsey leads process improvement projects and trains employees in continuous improvement principles for the state's largest health insurance provider, which serves over 690,000 lives. Previously, as an Industrial Engineer, Lindsey developed metrics for production centers, created and maintained MS Access Database systems to analyze trends, and implemented internal process enhancements. Lindsey also interned as an Industrial Engineer at Foot Locker in 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University, earned in 2012.
