Austin C. completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in the field of Social and Behavioral Sciences from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health from 2014 to 2016. In 2021, Austin C. participated in several executive education programs at Harvard University, including "Leading in Artificial Intelligence: Exploring Technology and Policy" at the Harvard Kennedy School and the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Additionally, Austin C. completed an executive education program titled "Leading Digital Transformation in Healthcare" at Harvard Medical School in the same year. Austin C. also obtained a TNEC Certificate in HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response) from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2021. Prior to these, Austin C. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Emerson College from 2006 to 2010. In 2014 to 2016, Austin C. also participated in the Public Health Leadership Lab at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
