Matt Day

Matt Day is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Senior Advisor for Provider Strategy at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since April 2009. Prior roles at the organization include Senior Vice President of Network Payment Innovation & Contract Management and Vice President of Actuarial & Analytic Services. Prior to joining Blue Cross Blue Shield, Matt Day held the position of Director of Medical Economics at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from September 2005 to April 2009, and worked as a Consultant & Actuary at Mercer Health & Benefits from August 2000 to July 2004. Matt Day earned a Bachelor of Science in Math & Economics from Fairfield University in 2000 and achieved the designation of Fellow in the Society of Actuaries in 2007.
