Ethan Richardson

Ethan Richardson, MHA, CHC, serves as the Lead Contract Negotiator for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska since July 2021, previously holding the position of Contract Negotiator. Prior experience includes roles as Network Manager and Claims Specialist at New Directions Behavioral Health, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing provider activities and data analysis for network performance improvement. Additional experience includes editorial positions as Editor In Chief at Project-Nerd, LLC, and Managing Editor at the Red Cloud Chief, as well as various roles in customer service and human resources at Target. Ethan holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hastings College.
