Caroline Faller

Caroline Faller has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Caroline most recently worked as the Director of M&A Integration at Blue Cross NC starting from October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Corporate Strategy at Citrix from April 2021 to September 2021. Caroline also worked as the Director of Transaction Strategy and Execution at EY-Parthenon from July 2020 to April 2021. Before joining EY-Parthenon, they held multiple roles at EY, including Manager of Transaction Strategy & Execution and Senior Consultant of M&A Transaction Advisory.

Caroline's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting from July 2014 to April 2016, and as a Consultant from September 2011 to June 2014. Caroline also worked at FedBid, where they held roles as an Account Manager from March 2010 to August 2011 and as a Market Specialist from April 2009 to February 2010.

In their earlier career, Caroline interned at the U.S. Department of State in the Office of Nordic and Baltic Affairs, where they fulfilled the duties of a Foreign Service Officer in the absence of the officer. Caroline also interned at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in Acquisitions Management.

In addition to their formal education, Caroline has also obtained several certifications, including Corporate Valuation and Financial Modeling from Training The Street, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Capgemini Consulting.
