Laurie Horvath

Laurie Horvath is an experienced learning solutions professional currently serving as a Principal Learning Solutions Advisor at Blue Cross NC since March 2019. In this role, Laurie leads consultations with business leaders to identify learning gaps and develop cohesive solutions aimed at improving employee performance. Previously, Laurie held the position of Senior Learning Architect at Blue Cross NC, implementing large-scale learning programs, conducting performance gap analyses, and designing blended learning interventions. Prior experience includes roles as a Multimedia Instructional Designer at IDEMIA, an Instructional Technology Specialist at Rutherford County Schools, and a Website Administrator/Co-Owner at Stellar Glass LLC. Laurie completed a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Governors State University.
