Tinu Roy

Tinu Roy currently serves as a Principal Strategic Advisor at Blue Cross NC since May 2023, having previously held the position of Sr. Strategic Advisor-Value Program Performance. Prior experience includes working as a Healthcare Consultant at Guidehouse from August 2022 to May 2023, and a Director of Business Excellence and Client Insights at Lightbeam Health Solutions from January 2019 to November 2022, where Tinu also acted as a Value-Based Care Advisor. Earlier roles include Process Improvement Consultant-Business Affairs at UT Southwestern Medical Center from January 2017 to December 2018, and Clinical Process Improvement Consultant at Texas Health Resources from 2014 to 2017, along with a Health Care Administration internship. Tinu Roy attained a Master's degree in Healthcare Leadership and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas (2017-2018) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Hofstra University.
