David Geiss

David Geiss serves as Principal Counsel for BCBSM’s Emerging Markets business unit and leads Mergers and Acquisition Attorney for the company. With experience as Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Perceptron, Inc., and as a Board Member at American Overseas Reinsurance, David has a strong background in corporate law. David has also worked at law firms such as Dykema Gossett PLLC and Sills Law Essad Fiedler & Charboneau PC, focusing on corporate, bankruptcy, and real estate transactions. David holds a JD from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Michigan.
