Katy Vern

Katy Vern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, serving in various leadership roles since 2006. Currently, Katy holds the position of Director of Sales Learning & Development, having previously acted as Director of Operations Development and Learning Management, Director of Individual and Small/Mid Group Customer Service, as well as Manager of Unified Contact Center and Manager of IBU Servicing Strategy and Analytics. Katy's career began at the company as a Project Consultant from 2006 to 2008. Katy earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Industrial and Operational Engineering from the University of Michigan between 1987 and 1991.
