Deb Duchene

Deb DuChene is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Manager and Principal Human Resources Business Partner at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since June 2010, Deb specializes in HR strategy, organizational design, and leadership dynamics. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Human Resources at GMAC Inc., where Deb supported over 400 employees and collaborated with executive leadership during significant business changes. Additional experience includes HR positions at GMAC ResCap, Kinko's, Alliant Foodservice, and Marquette Bancshares, alongside a foundational role in human resources at Richfield Bank and Trust Co. Deb holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
