Jerome Jackson

Jerome Jackson is an experienced Scrum Master with a demonstrated history of facilitating agile practices across various industries. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Consolidated Electrical Distributors since February 2024, Jerome previously held similar roles at BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota and Allstate, where responsibilities included removing impediments, managing sprint backlogs, and coaching high-performing teams. Earlier experience includes positions at USM Business Systems and Pinpoint Logistics, LLC, as well as a dual role as Scrum Master and Business Analyst at TESLA ELECTRICAL SERVICES, LLC. Jerome holds a degree from Texas Tech University, obtained in March 2013.
