Julia Gleeman

Julia Gleeman is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Technology and People Insights Leader at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since December 2022. Prior to this role, Julia worked at R1 RCM as a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager and held a similar title at Deluxe Corporation, where Julia also contributed as a Grants Committee Member for the Deluxe Corporation Foundation. Julia began their career in talent sourcing and recruitment at The Talent Board, 3M, and JLG Architects, while also fulfilling roles as a Teaching Associate in the Architecture Department at the University of Minnesota. Julia holds a BA in Psychology and Studio Art from Gustavus Adolphus College, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, Julia completed education at the University of Wollongong and graduated with an Honors Diploma from Thomas Jefferson Senior High School.
